PLACING YOUR ORDER

What notice do you need for orders?
We prefer 48 hours notice but realise that sometimes celebrations occur at short notice. If you need cupcakes in under 24hrs please phone us on 9909 3908 to enquire. If you are wanting an order for same day, please phone us before 10am. We can usually accommodate simple cupcake orders same day. Custom cakes require which is why a minimum of 24hrs notice is usually required. Please note dietary cupcakes typically require prior notice. We do sell out during the day, so please do not delay.

How do I place my order?

There are three ways to place an order:

ONLINE STORE, the fastest, simply browse our Cake and/or Cupcake collections, choose the size/flavour/custom options for your favourite products and Add to Cart - Select your preferred time for delivery/pickup in the cart then use our secure checkout to confirm your order.
PHONE US- Out team is more than willing to assist you place your order over the phone during our opening hours.
VISIT OUT STORE– Our address is 62 Ben Boyd Road Neutral Bay NSW 2089. Simply click Contact Us to find our current opening hours.

Is my date available for my order?
Our online CART page allows you to specify if you would like to Pick Up or request a Delivery and the Date. Please phone us if you have a special request on 02 9909 3908.

Is there a minimum order?

Our online store products do have minimums, but if you would like a custom size or quantity, please don’t hesitate to phone us to discuss with our team!
Note:

Minimum gluten free order is six (6)
Minimum vegan order is six (6)
Minimum mini cupcake order is twelve (12)

What payment methods do you take?

Online we accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. Over the phone payment can be taken using Visa or Mastercard. My Little Cupcake are happy to offer bank transfer when prepaying.
In store we have available EFT facilities as well as cash in addition to Visa and Mastercard for payment. Please note that all orders, excluding corporate account orders, must be prepaid.

EVENT & WEDDING PLANNERS/FLORISTS

Please contact My Little Cupcake to discuss further your event. We work with all florists, event and wedding planners.
We take pride in our customer service and attention to detail. We love making wedding cakes. We offer a personal cake service for events, including a cake consultation, cake delivery and setup on your special day. Please get in contact for further information and fees.

DELIVERY/ PICK UP OPTIONS

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Sydney.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees are based on distance from our Neutral Bay Shop. Our online shop will automatically calculate the delivery cost. If you have multiple deliveries please phone us as we may be able to offer a cheaper rate.

Can I select the date and time for delivery/pick up?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date online. The fee for delivery is calculated online in the cart. If you prefer you can place your order over the phone, discuss the delivery date, time and fee.
Orders can be picked up instore. The date and time can be selected online in the cart when placing your order. Times available are Tuesday-Friday between 9am and 4.30pm and Saturday between 9am and 3.30pm. My Little Cupcake is closed Sunday and Monday.

Do you deliver directly to schools, businesses/offices, residential concierge, convention centres, wedding reception venues, restaurants?

Yes, to all. The online store cart has a section where order notes can be placed. This would be a good place to outline any additional delivery instructions outside of the address.
When placing your order online we have a section directly under the ‘add to cart’ button where questions can be asked about our products.

Where can I pick up my order?

My Little Cupcake is located at 62 Ben Boyd Road, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.

How will I know my order has arrived?
If you are not home at the time of your delivery, we will contact you on the provided phone number to advise the delivery has been made.

I have multiple delivery addresses for my order, what is the quickest way to quote/order?

Please send us an email or phone us to let us know the addresses and our team will immediately start working on a quote for you. We have successfully executed campaigns with multiple delivery locations same day. Our team is experienced and ready to assist in meeting your requirements at the best possible price.

Do you deliver interstate or internationally?

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our goods and customs/import restrictions on fresh food items in most countries, we do not offer interstate or international delivery currently.

YOUR SPECIAL CUSTOM CUPCAKE AND CAKE DESIGNS

Can I have fresh florals on my cake?

Yes, we can collaborate with your florist or add florals to your cake. We also have a range of floral Cupcakes and Cakes for sale in our online store.

Do you have cakes available in store for immediate purchase?

If you place an order before 10am we can usually accommodate simple cupcakes, lamingtons and brownies depending on the order size. All our cakes are made-to-order which is why we require notice to make custom orders that are fresh.

What cake sizes are available?

Our smallest size cake is six inch and feeds 6-8 people.

Do you make mini Cupcakes?

Yes, mini Cupcakes can be ordered online, over the phone and purchased in store. We can also accommodate custom logos for branding and corporate events. Please note our minimum order is 12 mini cupcakes. Quantities higher than this must be in multiples of 12.

I have seen a cake on your Instagram and/or Pinterest feed that I really like. Can you make something similar?

Yes!! Please send us an email enquiries@mylittlecupcake.com.au with the reference photo of your preferred design so we can provide a quote. Please note we only work in buttercream, we don not work with fondant icing.

Can you write a personalised message on my cake?

Personalised cake messages can be added when ordering. Our online store has a section for a piped personalised message. Customised toppers and numbers can also be ordered for an additional fee.

What cake flavours can I choose?

Cupcakes are available in vanilla or chocolate flavours. Cakes cake be ordered in vanilla, chocolate or marble.
We customise our cakes further by offering different fillings. There are eight filling choices available to choose from:

Australian raspberry or strawberry jam
Buttercream
Caramel
Chocolate buttercream
Chocolate ganache
Fresh raspberries
Lemon curd
Salted caramel

Does my order require refrigeration?

Cakes should be refrigerated as soon as possible after collection or delivery. We recommend cakes are taken out of the fridge an hour before serving.

Cupcakes can be left in their boxes and do not require refrigeration.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Do you make Vegan or Gluten Free Cupcakes or Cakes?

We do make Vegan Cakes, and 100% Gluten-free Cakes, Please contact us via email if there are any concerns regarding celiac requirements.

I need an ingredients list for my order with dietary requirements. How is this provided?
Please request an ingredients list via your online order, email or via phone. This will be provided when you pick up your order.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order once placed?

We understand things can happen and variations may be required. Please phone to discuss changes as soon as possible or email us your order number and what you would like to change. You can also see our Terms of Service for reference. We will confirm all updated orders via email and inform you if any additional charges are necessary.

Can I cancel my order?

We give a full refund if you need to cancel your order when notice is provided a minimum of 48 hours prior to the delivery/pick-up date. Please note that refunds will then be processed in the next 48 hours following the cancellation and will be reflected in your account within 7-10 days. Refunds outside this timeframe are at our discretion.

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds can be provided only if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 48 hours prior to the delivery/pick-update date.

CATERING

Does my Little Cupcake offer catering?

Yes, our website has a catering enquiry form. Alternately enquiries can be made via phone or in store.

Does catering include onsite set up?

We can provide delivery and onsite setup. Please ask for a quote.

Does My Little Cupcake cater for weddings, gender reveals, baby showers and other events?

What catering food is available to order?

My Little Cupcake offers:

Home cupcake decorating set

We require 3 days notice for orders. We also have available gluten free and vegetarian options.

What is included in the takeaway High Tea?

A boxed selection of mini cupcakes, lamingtons, brownies, lemon curd tarts freshly baked scones, jam & Chantilly cream as well as a selection of delicate finger sandwiches and mini quiches. Prices start from $50 per person.

What is included in the Dessert table catering?

Selection of lamingtons, cupcakes, brownies, salted caramel slice, freshly baked scones and other sweet treats, either by themselves or surrounding a stunning cake to really impress your guests can be ordered. A quote will be provided outlining the price once we have discussed your event. We are available to setup onsite, please request at the time of your enquiry.

What is included in the home cupcake decorating set?

Fresh cupcakes, boxes of lush buttercream , colourful sprinkles and sets of your choice of sugar decoration for the ultimate cake decorating party at home! Chocolate or vanilla large cupcakes, and either customise your own or choose one of our decoration sets :

Prices start from $45 per person.

Does my Little Cupcake rent or sell Cupcake stands?

Cake towers and cake stands are available for hire or to purchase. Please contact us for prices.

We have 3, 4, 5 and 6 tier stands available for hire and a selection of stands for purchase.

Does My Little Cupcake offer individual boxing?

We do offer individual boxes for an additional cost.

Are there price breaks for large orders (over 100 cupcakes)?

Please contact us to discuss large orders.

Can I collect my order earlier than 9am?

Yes, you can by arrangement. Contact us on 9909 3908 to discuss an early pickup time prior to the date of collection.
